strength to executive team
Former META Group director, Al Liebl, becomes newest Vice President
Ottawa, ON - February 15, 2005 - Trigence Corp., a leader in application containerization technology, today announced the appointment of Al Liebl to its executive team as vice president, product management and business development. Liebl was most recently a senior program director with META Group with a focus on IT infrastructure and application management.
"Al's broad industry experience combined with his deep expertise in application management and infrastructure will accelerate Trigence's product development toward real customer needs," said Chuck Colford, president and CEO of Trigence. "Moreover, his understanding of the dynamics of effective partnering and how to execute will strengthen and grow Trigence's relationships with platform vendors, strategic customers and technology partners."
With over 10 years experience in the IT infrastructure and application management area, Mr. Liebl has worked with many leading vendors, including Platinum Technology, Digital Equipment Corporation, NetIQ, and BladeLogic. At NetIQ, he helped drive sales and product direction and completed his tenure as a principal strategist. Mr. Liebl received a BA from the University of California at Santa Barbara .
